Custom House Surgery is situated in the Royal Docks area of London E16, close to London City Airport, the ExCel Centre and Custom House Hotel.

We are easily accessible by car from M11, M25, A13 and A406. There is free on-street parking in the vicinity.

If you travel by public transport, bus routes 241 and 325 pass the door whilst the 147 stops only a minute's walk away at Custom House station; which is also served by the Beckton Branch of the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

The nearest Tube station is Canning Town on the Jubilee Line - change here to DLR (Beckton Branch). 

From the District or Hammersmith and City Lines - change at West Ham to the DLR (Beckton Branch). 

From the Central Line - change at Stratford to the DLR (Beckton Branch).

From London City Airport either take a short taxi ride to the surgery or catch the DLR (Woolwich Branch) to Canning Town and change there to the Beckton Branch to Custom House.

Accommodation

Some patients travel quite a distance to avail themselves of Custom House Services and there is independent accommodation nearby for those who wish to stay overnight. Practice Manager Mrs Sylvia Nicholas will be able to provide you with details of local facilities when you make an appointment.
